Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

• To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.

 

Right to Return (Cooling-off Period)

• Under UK law, you have the right to change your mind and return your order within 14 days of delivery.

• Goods must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or incorrect.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or partially used solid fuels (coal, logs, or similar products)

• Goods damaged by improper storage or handling after delivery

 

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

• If your goods arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including delivery costs.

 

Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect them and confirm if a refund is approved.

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

• If your order was cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 7 days.
