Delivery Information

All deliveries are carefully picked and dispatched by our own team using our own vehicles. This allows us to maintain full control over the process, ensuring a reliable and professional service from start to finish.

Unlike some other retailers within our industry, whenever possible, we’ll drop your order at your preferred location, whether that’s a garage, rear garden, coal shed, coal bunker, log store,  or similar.

However, there may be instances where access is limited or unsafe, and in such cases, delivery will be to the curbside/driveway only.

Delivery charges vary depending on your location. We currently offer two options.

• Between 0-5 mile radius of our yard is free delivery, with a minimum order value of £75.

• Between 5-10 mile radius of our yard is charged at £10 + VAT with a minimum order value of £100. Orders over £250 will be entitled to free delivery.

We currently don't offer delivery above our 10 mile radius.

If you have selected the collection option when placing your order, please ensure you receive an order ready to be collected notification from us before arriving, to ensure your order has been prepared and is ready for collection.

To get an accurate delivery quote, simply add your items to the cart and enter your delivery address - your rate will be calculated automatically at checkout.
